ABOUT THE PROJECT


This project forms part of the “Athens Resilient City” program (which is) financed by the European Investment Bank (E.I.B.). The scope of works includes the restoration and energy efficiency upgrade of the prestigious Primary School designed by Dimitris Pikionis, in the 1930’s. It has been designated as a listed Building Monument by the Ministry of Culture.
We have been awarded a contract following the tender led by the E.I.B. to act as the architectural lead experts for the project implementation. The project deliverables include the architectural restoration report incorporating passive and active means of energy conservation.
