ABOUT THE PROJECT

The East Tower is a 27-level residential tower that includes three podium levels with car parking and support spaces. the roof of the parking podium is developed as a landscaped terrace with amenities including a bar and swimming pool. The mechanical services are located on the 10th level to reduce the distances for the mechanical services. The building structure twists at each level generating a dynamic building form. The columns are not vertical but inclined to create a continuous structural element. The columns are set-out using coordinates at the top of each column.
A high level of coordination was required for the building core and the podium levels. Due to the construction sequence the core had to be coordinated early in the documentation process.
