Ayia Napa Marina includes 29 Villas that are divided into 3 sectors: “Island”, “Beach” and “Penninsula”. There are seven main types of Villas that are repeated with alterations in their courtyard and their interior design. The Villas according to their Type, span from 350 to 500 m².
