ABOUT THE PROJECT

This project forms part of the “Athens Resilient City” program financed by the European Investment Bank (E.I.B.). The scope of works includes the restoration and energy efficiency upgrade of the AB Cinema in Athens, built in the 1970’s. It has been designated as a listed Building Monument by the Ministry of Culture.
We have been awarded a contract following the tender led by the E.I.B. to act as the architectural lead experts for the project implementation. The project deliverables include the architectural refurbishment report incorporating passive and active means of energy conservation.
