ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are excited to collaborate once again with Nicos Valsamakis office for another private villa with a swimming pool. Our scope of works included the detailed design study, the construction documentation, the overall coordination of the engineering team as well as the supervision of the construction-site. The project’s main layout consists of a main building, oriented towards the sea and offering an open view to the Aegean, and of two submerged volumes, adjacent to it and operating as a barrier between the steep, rough landscape and the tranquillity of the sea.
