The project is about a luxury residence on a strongly inclined lot on the island of Antiparos. The building is spread on volumes that form above and under the ground, which follow the inclination of the lot in a way that allows the best possible view of the sea. The pool surrounds the residence and through a visual connection with the sea, creates the illusion of the living spaces hovering above the sea. A pergola that can host outdoor activities is organically placed between the residence volume and the inclined terrain, thus protecting it from the strong winds. The biggest part of the lot is unoccupied and the landscape is designed by the landscape design office Doxiadis+ to be in harmony with the natural surroundings.
