ABOUT THE PROJECT


VAP Architects have been awarded the contract for the Execution Design in BIM of Ayia Marina Napa, following a competitive tender process among seven Greek and seven Cypriot practices.
The total built area of the project is 125,000 m2. The buildings of Ayia Napa Marina consist of two Towers with 27 floors, a Club Pavillion, an Events Center, twenty-seven Villas and a Parking.
Apart from the construction documentation delivery and the required multi-disciplinary design coordination, we provided Bill of Quantities derived from our Building Information Models.
